Our Free Clinic

Located in the back of the house to the west of Short North Church at 25 West 5th Avenue.

A team of volunteer physicians, nurses, pharmacists and prayer partners are on duty when the Health & Wellness Center is open.  No appointment is necessary. Walk-in 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. every other Sunday Morning

We offer free podiatry care and basic medical services, including wound care and glucose and blood pressure monitoring. We also offer referrals to specialists and to the hospitals, when appropriate. We often have over the counter and sample supplies of medications if needed. Prescription assistance is also available.

Mount Carmel Street Medicine Mobile Medical Unit

June 2025, we formed a partnership with Mount Carmel Healthcare. Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month their street medicine team and chaplain are onsite at New Life and their mobile medical coach is parked in the Dream Center adjacent to our parking lot.
